The development team for the Next Generation PlayStation4 Console ‘Ps4’ (unofficial name) is being put together by Sony Computer Entertainment. The World Wide Studios of Sony are tipping in to help develop the future generation of hardware concepts to test and refine for the newest console system. This is a large leap for the company, especially considering the capabilities of the PlayStation 3 console which was released in 2006 and has undergone hardware upgrades and “slimming” with the thinner console. The hardware team and development team will be put together to ensure that the console will get the most improvement capabilities possible.

Facebook over the last few weeks has had a hard time keeping tabs on their Public Relations problem over privacy concerns. Until this week, Facebook has kept quiet about the newest Facebooks’s Privacy concerns that users are making quite a backlash over.

After being essentially forced to make a statement, before his baby imploded on itself, Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook’s CEO and Founder wrote an Op Ed in the Washington Post about “… answering Facebook’s Privacy concerns with new settings.”

The statement from Zuckerberg couldn’t come at a more dire time, Facebook pushed the limits way to much with these privacy concerns by not making a proper statement fast enough.

Is Google Entering Into Television – Google TV?

Google is making a much bigger push into television than it every has before. Google announced at Google I/O that it is going to be making a television working system that can be built into TVs, Blu-Ray players, and stand-alone boxes. The operating system is Android at its core and shall be open sourced in Summer season 2011.

Google is pushing into a virtually unknown territory for them, regardless of Google AdSense on TV, Google has by no means really made a hard push into the TV market, a market that has $70 billion price of potential market for Google to take a share of. Their first attempt at TV ads was a bit of a failure, never actually attending to much attraction for the most part. Google TV will be a distinct story they hope.

500px android logosvg 300x300 Google Announces Android Froyo 2.2 Google is continuing with it’s advancement of Android with the announcement last Thursday about the newest version, aptly named “Froyo” a short name for frozen yogurt (Google names Android after tasty treats).

The announcement is much more than a name change, Froyo is going to be bringing a ton of new features and a ton of bug and performance fixes which are going to make Android devices scream.

The biggest feature that was announced was overall speed improvement. Google is claiming Froyo is going to be faster on almost every level from boot time, application load time, and of course, browser speed.
